Operating hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Basic rate: 2 hours ¥32,000, extension (1 hour) ¥12,000
Basic amenities: whiteboard, high-speed internet connection, bottled water.
* Others We can arrange a projector, a screen, and room service for a fee.

Cancellation Charge

On the day of use / 80% of the usage fee
Cancellation policy: 20% of the service fee (cancellation fee applies from the day before to 7 days prior to use)

Precautions

The conference rooms are converted guest rooms and are located on the guest room floor (22nd floor).
Please check in/out at the front desk on the 15th floor (a key is required to enter the room).
· There is no information in the hotel hall. Information can be found in front of the conference room.
· The room layout cannot be altered.
· Service staff are unavailable. Room service, food and beverages can be ordered from inside the conference room.
· If you come by car, you can use the hotel underground parking lot. (30 minutes / ¥ 350)
· Not for commercial use.
