[Important] Beware of suspicious messages impersonating hotels or online travel agents.

Currently, across the entire hospitality industry, there have been instances where suspicious messages, disguised as coming from hotels or online travel agents, are being sent via email and communication apps such as WhatsApp to some customers who have made reservations through overseas booking sites.
These are malicious tactics that attempt to lure users to fake websites (phishing sites) and trick them into making fraudulent payments.

Customers are advised to exercise extreme caution if they receive any suspicious messages. Do not access any URLs in the messages or follow any instructions to make payments or perform any other actions.
Please note that our hotel will not request any additional payments beyond those stated in your booking confirmation.

*A "phishing site" refers to a fake website that impersonates a real website with the aim of illegally obtaining personal information, credit card information, etc.
