Marriott Potato

We use sweet potatoes from Shimanto, Kochi Prefecture, to make our own original paste, which is then carefully baked with egg yolks, fresh cream, and butter.
By using simple ingredients, this sweet potato dish allows you to enjoy the natural sweetness and flavor of the sweet potato.
It is characterized by its smooth texture and moist consistency.
You can eat it as is, or make chilled sweet potato with it.
I also recommend lightly warming it in a toaster and serving it with vanilla ice cream.
