Can minors stay overnight without an adult?
If minors are staying with us alone, please submit a consent form for their stay.

Is it possible to stay in a room with three or more people?
You can stay in one of the following room types.

Can I stay with my child?
Children up to elementary school age can stay with their parents by sharing a bed.
Regarding co-sleeping, only one child per adult is allowed (one child per bed).
There is no charge for children sharing a bed with their parents (meals are separate).
We offer baby cribs free of charge, so please let us know when you make your reservation if you require one.
Please note that for safety reasons, the baby cribs are only available for children under 2 years old.
We also offer bed guards (for children 18 months and older).
Since quantities are limited, please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to request this item.
Children sleeping in the same bed (ages 4 to elementary school age)
A separate fee of 7,500 yen (including tax and service charge) will be charged for the use of concierge floor benefits.

An extra bed is available for ¥7,000 per bed (tax and service charge included).
It may not be available depending on the size of the room and the accommodation plan.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon).

Is late check-out possible?
If you wish to have a late check-out, the regular room rate will be added to your accommodation fee.
A surcharge will be added as follows: 25% until 15:00, 50% until 18:00, and the full amount after 18:00.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on your chosen accommodation plan and the circumstances on the day of your stay.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Please inquire at the bell captain's desk on the 2nd or 15th floor.
We cannot accept valuables, fragile items, refrigerated or frozen goods, or fresh food items for storage.

Reservations for all rooms can be made by phone.
The number is limited, so please let us know as soon as possible when making a request.
Do you have a wheelchair-accessible room?
This is available in some standard twin rooms.
We also offer rental services for wheelchairs, bathing aids, and other items.

What is the deadline for cancellation notices?
Please notify us of any cancellations at least two days before your scheduled stay.
From that point onward, cancellation fees will be charged according to our hotel's accommodation terms and conditions: 20% for cancellations the day before, 80% for cancellations on the day of arrival, and 100% for no-shows.
However, the above may differ if you are booking multiple rooms or if you made your reservation through a travel agency.
What kind of view can I see from my room?
East side: Sakae side, Nagoya's downtown area (There is a high-rise building in front of the hotel, so the view is somewhat obstructed).
West side: JR railway tracks side (you can see the scenery of many trains passing by)
South side: Facing Nagoya Port (the port is far away, and you cannot see the sea)
North side: Office view (the neighboring office building is directly in front)
Can I request a higher floor or a specific view from my room?
Your request will be accepted as a request.

Can I specify a room number?
Unfortunately, you cannot specify the floor or room number.
The room number will be determined based on room availability on the day of arrival.
What TV programs can I watch?
You can watch terrestrial digital broadcasting (including CNN News and BBC World) and BS digital broadcasting.
Please note that WOWOW and SKY PerfecTV! are not available.
You can use it as a smart TV using your account.

What is the difference between a standard and a deluxe room?

Is it possible to take photos, smartphone photos, and videos within the hotel premises?
We regret to inform you that taking photographs or videos on hotel grounds and using images for commercial purposes without the hotel's permission is prohibited. Furthermore, if the hotel determines that your actions are causing a disturbance to other guests, you may be asked to cease filming or videography.
Are there any fitness clubs?
Towers Fitness Club is located on the 18th floor of the hotel.

Guests staying at the hotel can use the facilities for ¥3,300 per person per day (free for guests staying on the concierge floor. *Clothing is available for an additional charge).

Massage (acupressure) appointments are available from 12:00 to 21:30 (closing time).

Parking and Access
Please tell me where the parking lot is.
Please enter the basement via the main entrance on the 2nd floor, using one of the three entrances to the Towers parking lot (North Entrance, West Entrance, or South Entrance). For more details, please see the access guide.
What are the size restrictions and fees for cars that can enter the parking lot?
It can accommodate vehicles up to 2.1m in height.
Please call us for the other sizes.
Parking is available for hotel guests for ¥3,300 per vehicle per night (from 1:30 PM to 1:30 PM the following day).
For use of the hotel's Restaurant, we will issue a free parking ticket for 2 hours with a purchase of ¥5,000 or more, and a free parking ticket for 3 hours with a purchase of ¥30,000 or more.
If you exceed the above time, such as before check-in or after check-out, an additional charge of ¥350 per 30 minutes (¥350 per 60 minutes from 0:00 to 6:00) will apply.
Do I need to reserve a parking space?
Parking is not available by reservation.
170 cars can be stored in the hotel underground parking lot, and 900 cars can be stored in the Towers parking lot in the same building.
How do I get there from the airport?
By train: Approximately 28 minutes from Centrair (Chubu Centrair International Airport) by Meitetsu Airport Express "μ-SKY".
By taxi: Approximately 50 minutes

Parking and Access

Please enter the basement via the main entrance on the 2nd floor, using one of the three entrances to the Towers parking lot (North Entrance, West Entrance, or South Entrance). For more details, please see the access guide.
What are the size restrictions and fees for cars that can enter the parking lot?
It can accommodate vehicles up to 2.1m in height.
Please call us for the other sizes.
Parking is available for hotel guests for ¥3,300 per vehicle per night (from 1:30 PM to 1:30 PM the following day).
For use of the hotel's Restaurant, we will issue a free parking ticket for 2 hours with a purchase of ¥5,000 or more, and a free parking ticket for 3 hours with a purchase of ¥30,000 or more.
If you exceed the above time, such as before check-in or after check-out, an additional charge of ¥350 per 30 minutes (¥350 per 60 minutes from 0:00 to 6:00) will apply.
Do I need to reserve a parking space?
Parking is not available by reservation.
170 cars can be stored in the hotel underground parking lot, and 900 cars can be stored in the Towers parking lot in the same building.
How do I get there from the airport?
By train: Approximately 28 minutes from Centrair (Chubu Centrair International Airport) by Meitetsu Airport Express "μ-SKY".
By taxi: Approximately 50 minutes
