JR Tokai Hotels Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") will use and safeguard guests’ personal information in accordance with the Standards for Protection of Personal Information formulated as follows.

  1. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our guests through initiatives to systematically train personnel handling personal information.
  2. In the event it is necessary to acquire personal information from customers, we will acquire the necessary information only after clarifying to the customer the purpose of the acquisition.
  3. Acquired personal information from customers will be utilized within the scope of the purpose of use, and managed appropriately. We do not offer or disclose information without the customer's consent, unless the following special circumstances occur:
