This is our main restaurant, where our guests can enjoy buffet-style meals while enjoying a view of the Japanese Alps during the day, or a blanket of stars at night.
Guests can also enjoy our teppanyaki corner, where our chef will grill our signature beef – Hida beef – in front of their eyes.
(*Teppanyaki is a Japanese style of cooking that consists of grilling food on a hot iron plate)

*At this restaurant, we only use rice that has been produced in Japan.
