and vegetables cooked in boiled soup stock at your table.
Hot pots, especially recommended in the winter, also

Japanese Restaurant “Kaun”

At Kaun - a restaurant designed to evoke Miyagawa,
the limpid river that flows through the center of Takayama - guests can enjoy Kyoto-style dishes
which use seafood from Takayama and the Sea of Japan.

*We also have a special corner for our guests to enjoy sushi at our counter in a casual manner.

*At this restaurant, we only use rice that has been produced in Japan.
