Rosiere (French cuisine)

Serving international buffet breakfast in the morning, Rosiere is transformed into serving authentic French cuisine for both lunch and dinner.
This elegantly-appointed restaurant is popular with the local community.
Teppanyaki
(maximum capacity for 20 persons)
Located near Rosiere is our teppanyaki restaurant.
Enjoy Hida-Beef or fresh seafood caught at the Sea of Japan, skillfully prepared right in front of you.
Ka-un (Japanese cuisine)
Traditional Japanese (combination of Kyoto-style dishes and Takayama specialties) await you at Kaun.
Try our renowned hoba-miso, which consists of wild-mushrooms and seasonal vegetables mixed with fermented soybeans and cooked on a magnolia leaf over a small earthen stove.
Sushi
(maximum capacity for 12 persons)
Only the freshest of the freshest will suffice.
Fresh seafood, caught in the morning in the Sea of Japan, is rolled with rice by our experienced chef behind the counter.

Scenery (lounge)

Enjoy afternoon tea on a leisurely day. Read a book, or spend time with a loved one.
Estmare (main bar)
(maximum capacity for 45 persons)
Savor locally-brewed Hida sakes, widely known for their richness and quality, or local beers in the evenings.
For the less-adventurous, cocktails and alcohols from all over the world are available too.
Yushoku Raku Terrace Restaurant
(maximum capacity for 50 persons)
This is the only public area in the hotel in which one can wear yukata (Japanese robes).
Situated in the Spa Wing where our hot spring baths are also located, one can sit in hori-kotatsu (tatami seats with a dug-in space for the legs) and enjoy reasonably-priced local delights and snacks in a casual ambience.
